Direct Spaces Release Notes 1.8
To ensure your users are benefiting from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, EMS Software recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.
You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.
You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

New Features
When you find available rooms, we added a new Add favorite room button. It’s located near the Add a room button. To filter the search results when you search for a room, select Add favorite room. The search results list only favorite rooms.
Enhancements
- If the Enable QR Support parameter is set to False, then Direct Spaces will not show the Scan QR Code button as a booking option on the Direct Spaces Dashboard. To change this parameter, go to Desktop Client > System Administration > Settings > Parameters >Everyday User Applications.
